The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Our client was a company that helped people who wanted to do a doctorate on a part-time basis with the enrollment process at university and on their way to a doctorate. Until recently, the company handled everything manually, from the welcome email to booking an appointment. An enormous amount of effort, which we were able to significantly reduce with our automated lead management.

Manual communication process

In principle, our client's company was designed to support PhD students from their initial enrollment at university to their doctorate. The support included a lot of communication with doctoral students on various channels — from a welcome email to personal discussions. Since the entire communication process was carried out completely manually, it also took up a lot of working time. This ultimately led to delays in communication and therefore to the forgetting of individual inquiries. In order to prevent this, a professional lead management system was needed as quickly as possible, which we were happy to help our customer with.

Introduction to Pipedrive

The key to this problem was the introduction of a CRM system. In the case of our customer, our choice stood out Pipedrive, as it made it easy to accompany a student in several stages.

As a first step, it was important to define the individual stages in the pipeline. On the one hand, this provided an overview at a glance of which stage which lead is in. On the other hand, clear automations could be defined when a certain stage in the process was reached. For example, after successful enrollment, a welcome email could be sent automatically or the invoice for the enrollment fee could be sent at the right time.

In addition, enabled Pipedrive saving the entire communication — no more emails were lost and the history could be retrieved at any time. This went hand in hand with the option for our client's customers to securely upload confidential documents to a portal. There was therefore no risk of confidential information reaching unauthorized persons.

The result

The entire automation cost our customer a mid-five-digit amount. However, as extensive parts of administration were eliminated as a result of the automation, our customer was able to save three full-time jobs at the same time. After just half a year, the investment in their process management had paid off for the company.
