• Connect Shopify and create automated receipts: In addition to standard document creation, we can extend this with our own JavaScript, add the correct payment type and creation date from Shopify, and upload the PDF file to cloud storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. No matter which Shopify fields should be included, anything is possible.
• Don't lose track of your subscriptions. Do you only have a few subscriptions per month, so no expensive Shopify app would be worthwhile? Just be notified about new subscriptions in your messenger, such as Slack, and have the associated data added to an Excel or GoogleSheet spreadsheet at the same time. From this, automatic orders and associated invoices can be generated every month
• Improve your inventory management through automation: By adding a database to your Shopify shop, all products are recorded. Whenever a certain value falls below a certain value, orders are automatically triggered from the suppliers. This value can be calculated based on seasonality, moving average, or a minimum value (or all three) and is therefore as flexible as your business.
